When you buy a Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation license plate, you show your proud support for Missouri's fish, forestry and wildlife programs. More than that, you help our next generation learn how to conserve, manage and use these resources. Funds from the plates enhance nature centers, outdoor classrooms, stream teams, wildlife habitat and other conservation programs.
Choose a bald eagle, bluebird, or deer plate, and show how WILD you are about Missouri’s natural heritage. The morel mushroom and bass plate designs are now available only as replacement plates.
Plates of the eagle, bluebird and deer are available in both personalized and stock versions. The plates are also available for passenger vehicles, motorcycles and commercial vehicles of 6,000 lb., 12,000 lb. or 18,000 lb. gross vehicle weight.

Conservation Plate Authorization Form:
You'll need this form
to obtain your personalized Conservation Heritage license plates via the Missouri
Department of Revenue. You may order the Conservation Heritage plates
any time, regardless of your current license plate expiration date. If you
want to renew your plate now, just follow the process outlined below.
1. Visit any Department of Conservation hunting or fishing permit vendor in Missouri, including Conservation Nature Centers. The vendor will give you the Conservation Plate Authorization Form upon purchase.
2.Buy online via the permit-purchasing page
After completing step 1, at step 2, choose the license plate option, click the license plate option—$25 for one year, $50 for two years. An additional
$2 service fee will be applied to online purchases. Allow two weeks for
your Conservation Plate Authorization Form to arrive.

3. Call our toll-free, 24-hour permit sales number: 1-800-392-4115. You can use your credit card. There is a $2 convenience fee for purchasing through this number. Allow two weeks for your Conservation Plate Authorization Form to arrive.
Once you have the Conservation Plate Authorization Form . . .
Contact the Missouri Department of Revenue for a personalized license plate application ($15 fee applies), and complete the purchasing process with them. The Department of Revenue will notify you by mail when your plates are ready to pick up from your local license bureau.
